How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
It will take about 30-45 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to break down all equipment. We will be sure to arrive with enough time to have everything set up in time for your event!
What are the event space requirements?
The 360 Photo Booth can be installed both indoors and outdoors, the only technical requirement is a 120V socket. You will need a 10 x 10 space.
Do I need to pay a deposit before the event?
Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of half of the total amount of the required services to secure your date which can be made over the phone or email. The deposit can be made via Zelle or Venmo and the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery; you may pay with cash or all major credit cards.
The retainer is used to reserve a photo booth for your specific date and time that you selected during your booking.
Is it possible to extend the rental of the photo booth during the event?
If you and your guests want even more photos and fun during the event, we are happy to provide the opportunity to extend the photo booth with additional fees. You can find more information on about the additional fees on our pricing section.
Are copies of the photos kept and is it possible to get them?
Absolutely! We keep photos and videos which we send to you electronically the day after the event for about 60 days.
